Saskatoon Transit - Touch and Go App Reviews

App needs a major overhaul to be useful. Fare info is incorrect, cant search by route, only by stop (by finding it on a city map and clicking it), takes a long time to load, couldnt find info about stat holiday routes ahead of the day in question, whole app looks and functions like aweb page out of the 90s. A good concept executed terribly. This could be an asset for Saskatoon transit takers if done right, but this app is garbage.

This is the worst transportation app Ive ever seen. Not user-friendly. Not intuitive. Cant figure out multi bus route. Waste of data space. Google maps is so much better than this.

Might be helpful if the app actually opened.

I cannot load any routes on my phone so this is useless

hi there, I have updated my iphone to the new iOS 10 update and i havent been able to click on the bus stop icon to view the times. my sister has the same app without the update and hers works just fine. I figure this app needs to be fixed for iOS 10 users right away. other than that, i like using the app, its much more convenient than calling the transit id number. thank you

Does exactly what it says

The reminder feature is a great idea and thats all there is. Google or Apps give you routing information - this doesnt. Saskatoon Ride provides not just the next stop but next 5 buses. Selecting the stop to get information is clumsy when stops are so close together or overlapped like the downtown terminal where I cant get the W/N bus schedules because my finger isnt small enough!

This app appears to be the most accurate for Saskatoon transit, but it needs trip planning and integration with the built-in Maps application to be great.

Although this doesnt yet tap into the new iOS6 maps for routing, this app is very useful if you already have a general idea of where youre going. Most importantly, all the data appears to be stored locally meaning you can view the map in full, find stops and view routes without needing to connect to the Internet. Kudos!

Great app for a quick look up of your location and a near bus stop with arrival times.

This app is great for university students and transit users alike. It supports some great features. It will even send you a reminder before your bus arrives.. The problem? There are two that I see. For one you cannot select a target route to find out when and which busses arrive for your destination, (which basically means you need to know your bus times prior to trusting the app. Secondly I just used it today and my bus showed up 10 minutes prior to the time "suggested" in the app and the reminder worked yet popped up while I was already on the bus. This tells me the the data provided to the app from its source is either incorrect or delayed in some way. All in all great app with some minor glitches; good thing it was free!

Compared to the google mapping this app is awful. It doesnt route, allow you to change times, and its very unuser friendly.

I tried to locate a bus and for EVERY route it said there were no more scheduled stops for the day and it is 9:00.

Great Idea, But please make this app work with more generations of the Ipod and potentially with other cell phones? Not everyone has an iphone. Great idea, would love to have something like this as a student. Click and go online is annoying,

But crashing since I upgraded this week.

App is great. but Crashing even after the update.. Thats a bad update developer!!
