Saskatoon Transit - Touch and Go App Reviews

This app has an interesting approach to finding bus routes (it uses your phones GPS to locate you, then you tap on bus stations near you). This would be great if it showed more than the next ten buses leaving from a station. For instance, its Saturday today and I would like to see when a bus leaves Monday morning. This app cannot show me that information. That seems like a critical oversight.

Please fix this app, I would love to be able to use it.

Used to work ok but now as of Easter Sunday it doesnt show any times for any buses. On good Friday it still showed buses running even though they werent. Lazy app developers

I love this app and use it on a daily basis but this past weekend it stopped working. Hope this problem will be fixed soon.

Was fantastic but starting April has stopped working, no longer shows stop times. Will give it till the end of the week then delete I guess.

Tried deleting and re downloading. Sadly that didnt work. I actually came to rely on it. It is such a let down that it isnt working any more.

Thanks for the fix! I use it daily, its a great app, but isnt too handy for trip planning, better for in the moment stuff.

This app would be improved with click and go functionality. But otherwise its a nice app.

I am giving this app one star because the bus schedule information is not accurate which completely defeats the purpose of downloading the app. It doesnt give you correct Sunday and holiday information. Incredibly frustrating. If that was fixed I would probably give it a 3 star review just because the actual layout of the app is not very user friendly. The little tiny map at the top of the screen makes it impossible to look up where a bus route goes unless you are already familiar with the route. It is also really difficult to select the right stop as often there are two stops directly across from each other on either side of the street, so to click the one heading in the right direction is really difficult even with my small fingers. There is also no clear indication on the stop label which side of the street you have clicked which makes it more confusing. Over all I would say in the current version of the app it is more frustrating having it and thinking it will work than relying on one of the other (also some what dubious) methods of checking your bus schedule.

This app never has time for the bus I take.

Please update the Confederation terminal which is labelled as Cosmo Civic Centre. The construction has been done since Sept so all buses are now stopping there.

This app worked great last semester but no longer can find any bus routes. Please fix.

Im done, not waiting anymore for this to be fixed. It has been deleted. I wish I could give it 0 stars. Seems this was an issue around the same time last year...

This app is super great and accurate, but sometimes the schedules are unavailable.

Title says it all. Didnt even know there was an app for the bus system. Its cool that you can set a reminder. Havent found any glitches with it yet.

I got to the bus stop earlier than it said and waited for 15 minutes and still no bus?

This app doesnt load the times! It would be awesome if you could fix it asap.
